Do we have to sign a contract?

There is an agreement to sign, but you can cancel at any time with a 90-day written notice. A longer notice period may be required to accommodate chargebacks.

What happens when we are not in season?

Our goal is to help you take payments year-round, but if you are concerned we can set the payment technology to only be available during season. We will work that out with your program as needed

What if we need technical help or training?

We will add full training courses to the Booster Club Academy on how to use the technology and how to complete your PCI training. If you need technical help, please email [email protected]
